Main house:

Entrance hall (18 sqm approx.) with original terracotta tiled floors and a beautiful fireplace. Opposite, there is a private area, composed of a fully equipped kitchen (18 sqm approx.), a utility room/storeroom (22 sqm approx.), a study (22 sqm approx.) and a dining room (18 sqm approx.) with direct access to the terrace and an inner courtyard. The farm buildings consist of a winery (approx. 66 sqm), a barrel cellar (approx. 45 sqm), a bottle cellar (approx. 29 sqm), a garage (approx. 10 sqm), a warehouse and 2 sheds (one open and one closed - approx. 48 sqm).

The estate has two different AOC, each corresponding to a brand: 1.8666 Ha in AOC Fronsac and 0.4680 Ha in AOC Canon Fronsac. The bottle in AOC Fronsac is sold at 13€ on average to individuals, while the bottle in AOC Canon-Fronsac is sold 15€ on average to individuals. The production is 11 000 bottles per year on average.

The grape varieties are Merlot and Cabernet Franc on clay-limestone and sometimes siliceous soil. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the planting density is 5500 vines per hectare.

It is the neighbouring farmers who grow the crops and the agricultural work is entrusted to a company.
The stock is currently 20 000 bottles and there is also some bulk stock (equivalent to 12 000 bottles).
