There is a solar powered shower and a toilet in the pool house. The summer kitchen is rustic and extensive and has both electricity and water. Shade and cover in inclement weather is provided by a semi permanent roof. There is ample space for dining and lounging in the shade or at the poolside. The land is set to grass and extends to a tree lined boundary. There is a small stream running down one side. It would be suitable for livestock or hay production. One field is at the other side of the lane and it has a small outbuilding with power.
