This domaine has been developed by the current owner and has been in the family for 3 generations. There are 16 hectares of vines producing both award winning red and white wines under the Madiran label. The vineyard is for sale as a profitable ongoing concern with all the machinery and vats required to continue the production seamlessly. An external presented inventory states that the buildings and its contents are in a good or very good condition. The client base is both local (60%) and professional (40%) and there is potential for expansion. The buildings are large and fit for purpose with areas for distilling, storing, bottling, labelling, packing, stacking and transporting the wine. There is an office staffed by 1 person and there are 2 other employees working on the vines as well as the owner. The current owner would be prepared to run the business if desired. There is a display area and tasting room open to the public and a large area at roof level, overlooking the vines, where tasting events are regularly held.
