Spectacular ocean view house in Guéthary

This 1930s house enjoys an exceptional location in the village of Guéthary, facing the ocean and just a few minutes' walk from the shops. South-facing, the house is very bright and offers spectacular sea and mountain views from almost every room. Renovated a few years ago, the house is in excellent condition and offers very contemporary features. The many terraces, oriented in different ways, allow you to enjoy the sunshine at any time of day. With a surface area of around 320 m², the house comprises, on the garden level, an entrance hall opening onto a large, bright living-dining room with fireplace and unobstructed sea views. A separate modern kitchen, with access to a summer terrace also facing the sea, completes this level. The lower level, opening onto a vast south-facing terrace, includes a second living room with bar, an office and an independent bedroom with shower. On the second floor are three bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, and on the second floor, an additional large bedroom with en-suite shower room. The 2,425 m² plot is largely sloping, but has private access to the beach. The absolute peace and quiet and the absence of vis-à-vis are major assets. A small 20 m² shed is provided for storage in the garden.
