In the large tower, there is a large bedroom with a marble fireplace. The floor is in good condition, a bathroom with bath, sink, W.C.. In the boiler room, a boiler from Viessmann. There is city water, Oil-fired central heating and a septic tank. There is presence of a neighbourhood (house) on the property, this presence obliges the town hall to maintain at its expense a bridge and a tarred road of 250 m, expensive infrastructure essential to the professional activity of the chateau. The property is close to a village (1 km).
